Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and establish strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and participate in industry events to generate business opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Revenue & Performance Tracking: Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide reports to senior management.
- Brand Positioning & Expansion: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT sector.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to present proposals, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT products, software solutions, and emerging technology trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
