We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in software testing, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes. The intern will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. 

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in testing methodologies, automation tools, and industry best practices, making it ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in software quality assurance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Assist in designing and executing test cases for software applications. 

• Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking tools. 

• Manual & Automated Testing: Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. 

• Test Documentation: Maintain test scripts, test cases, and test result reports. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. 

• Tools & Frameworks: Gain exposure to QA automation tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or Cypress. 

• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in the QA process and assist in implementing best practices. 

• Learning & Development: Stay updated on the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry trends. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Basic Understanding of Software Testing Concepts: Knowledge of manual testing, automation basics, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). 

• Technical Skills: 

• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or TestRail. 

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries for database testing. 

• Understanding programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. 

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify bugs and suggest improvements. 

• Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to detect inconsistencies in applications. 

• Good Communication Skills: Ability to clearly document and report test results.
