Job Description: HR Intern
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy documentation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a passion for human resources and a willingness to learn about HR best practices in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Support new hire onboarding, ensuring all employee records are properly maintained.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Help in updating HR databases, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and company events.
- Policy & Process Documentation: Support in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal HR reports.
- Training & Development: Assist in coordinating learning & development initiatives for employees.
- Market Research: Conduct research on HR trends, compensation analysis, and best practices to enhance HR strategies.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
